The West Room
Designed to accommodate a variety of uses, our festive private venue (750 square feet) features a water-filled bubble wall, 122-inch diagonal screen with state of the art connectivity and eclectic wine cabinet. The West Room can accommodate up to 50 people, for meetings or celebrations, or up to 60 people for cocktail receptions; perfect for the ultimate personal gathering with extensive wine lists and menus available from Bistro West & West Steak and Seafood.
The West Room is perfect for: Cocktail Receptions, Private Dinner Parties, Birthday & Anniversary Celebrations, Showers, Rehearsal Dinners & Receptions AND Business Meetings, Conferences, Seminars, Sales Functions and Corporate Rewards Dinners.
Patio Dining
Entertain your private party on our freshly renovated Patio at Bistro West! Retractable awnings and a protective glass barrier make a cozy setting for your intimate celebration.
The Patio at Bistro West can entertain parties of up to 22 for seated dining, and 30 for cocktail receptions.
West Steak and Seafood
West Steak and Seafood is an ideal option to consider when planning a daytime event or gathering. This restaurant becomes yours from 8:00 am until 3:00 pm daily. The steakhouse setting can accommodate up to 100 persons with a menu of only prime offerings. Many professionals find it perfect for the seminar or sales gathering when only fine dining will do.
Both Bistro West & West Steak and Seafood Restaurants are available for buyout. Private menus and event coordinator are included in your minimum.

Wedding Reception Dinner

We had our wedding reception here and it was wonderful! There were about 50 in our party. The back room was spacious and private. Paula, the event coordinator, was so helpful throughout the entire pre-wedding planning phase. The food was exceptional! The ahi, salmon, and short ribs were fantastic. Many people were commenting on how it was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The staff was very kind and efficient. I’m sure the 15 kids in our party were quite a handful, but they were very accommodating to them as well. The Chef even made the kids sundaes, which was a huge hit. Adults had delicious dessert trio of bread pudding, chocolate torte and creme brûlée. It was all so delicious! I highly recommend Bistro West for any event. You won’t be disappointed.
Engagement Party - Patio Dining

We had our engagement party here and everyone were really nice and friendly. Paula helped us have a semi-private party in the patio with customized prix fixe lunch menus. Shonna was our server and was more than helpful and attentive to everyone. Amazing service and food, definitely coming back. Thank you!

John, the food you and your staff prepared was exceptional and everyone made a point of telling us how delicious it was and how much they enjoyed it. The menu was well chosen and worked perfectly to add to the relaxed atmosphere we wanted to create. Please let your staff know how much we appreciated their efforts. Paula, I was a bit nervous about booking such an important event for our son long-distance but you worked magic! The venue was intimate, warm and the different size tables was just right. Besides John and Paula, the wait staff did a great job of staying on top of everyone’s needs and couldn’t have been more pleasant. Our sincerest thanks once again to all of you.
