At West our culinary team of carefully chosen kitchen professionals are educated with Culinary Degrees from diverse backgrounds. These Masters of the West Menu are dedicated to creating an ever evolving menu which changes in concert with what is grown at their working produce farm. The Chefs of West are classically trained, part farmer, sommeliers and true artisans of the kitchen.
